fitting fee includes: eye health exams of lid, cornea and conjunctiva, suitability evaluation, dryness testing, keratometry, topography, lens recommendation and counseling, lens design, ordering, receiving, verification, training in insertion, removal, handling and care of lenses, check of lens effects on eye health, cornea - lens relationship, any changes in lens design, adjustments, modifications on all office visits within 90 days of fitting.
